We are a fast-growing, specialized therapy group practice serving Northern Virginia and the Washington, DC area, seeking experienced clinicians to join our Couples Therapy team based in Arlington, VA. Our couples therapy services are offered as a premium self-pay specialty, allowing therapists to focus on high-quality clinical work while being compensated at the highest level.

We are looking for clinicians already experienced in couples therapy (ideally EFT), or seasoned therapists motivated to receive advanced training to specialize in Couples Therapy with a focus on one or more of these specialty areas. Prior experience in Couples Therapy is required.

Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality couples therapy services and build strong therapeutic alliances with couples.
Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor progress.
Conduct consultations for couples referred by the practice.
Collaborate with individual therapists, psychiatrists, or other providers when appropriate.
Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and treatment plans.
Who We’re Looking For:
Licensure: LPC, LMFT, LCSW, LICSW, PhD, or PsyD licensed in Virginia (required). DC license a plus.
Experience: Mid-career clinicians with prior experience providing couples therapy who want to take their career to the next level.
Commitment to Growth: Motivated professionals ready to deepen their specialization.

Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using EMRs and telehealth platforms.
Remote Eligibility: Remote clinicians must hold a Virginia license (additional state licenses welcome).
Preference for:
Therapists trained in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFT)
Independently licensed clinicians
Therapists licensed in VA and DC and/or MD
Clinicians with mindfulness-based or holistic therapy orientation
Experience or interest in perinatal mental health, neurodiversity-affirming care, LGBTQIA+ care, or multicultural therapy
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive Pay:
$115–$175 per couples session, based on therapist experience.
