Who she works with
Christina works with adults—especially young professionals and college students— who may be functioning well on the outside but feeling anxious, burnt out, disconnected, or weighed down by the effects of trauma, anxiety, depression or ongoing stress. she also helps clients navigating a major life transition, perfectionism, relationship stress, or the lingering impact of childhood and intergenerational experiences. Her care is culturally responsive and LGBTQ+ affirming, and she works with people whose backgrounds and identities shape how they experience all of it.
She also works with clients exploring how cultural identity, racial identity, neurodivergence, family expectations, and past experiences shape the way they move through the world and its impact on their everyday life.
How she works
Christina’s approach is collaborative, grounded, and trauma-informed. She helps clients make sense of what’s beneath anxiety, burnout, relationship stress, and feeling disconnected from themselves. In sessions, you work at a pace that feels supportive to you to process difficult experiences, recognize the patterns that keep you stuck, and develop coping strategies that fit your life.
Her work draws on attachment-informed therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and somatic interventions. Sessions with Christina can help clients move beyond simply understanding their experiences intellectually and toward understanding who they are, their emotions, needs, and their nervous system with greater clarity and care.
Christina sees therapy as a partnership: she brings the clinical tools and structure, and you remain the expert on your own experience. Her care is culturally responsive and LGBTQIA+-affirming. She creates a safe, non-judgmental space where clients do not have to minimize their history or their ambition, but can instead integrate both to find stability and fulfillment.
"Every great therapy sessions needs a relaxed, human space, one where you can bring all of yourself, judgment-free, imperfections included."

What a first session is like
After your free 30-minute consultation, if it feels like the right fit, you will schedule your first full 50–55-minute session.
For individual therapy, the first few sessions are a chance to begin developing a fuller, more holistic understanding of what you are facing now. Christina will learn about your history, when the current concerns began or became more difficult, what has shaped them, and what you have already tried. Together, you will start to make sense of the larger context around your experiences and identify where the work can begin.

-
Yes. Christina works with college students, young professionals, and adults who feel overwhelmed by academic pressure, career stress, perfectionism, anxiety, burnout, or uncertainty about what comes next. -
Yes. Christina offers neurodiversity-affirming therapy and recognizes that there is no one “right” way to think, feel, communicate, or move through the world. Together, you can explore how neurodivergence may intersect with anxiety, relationships, work or school stress, identity, and self-understanding, and how to approach these in a way that works best for you, without treating your differences as something that you need to fix.

Christina’s work is culturally responsive, and she welcomes the full context of your life into therapy, including your cultural background, racial identity, family expectations, values, and experiences of belonging or exclusion. What you share in therapy is confidential, with limited exceptions required by law or necessary to help keep you or someone else safe in a crisis. Christina will review confidentiality and its limits with you at the beginning of your work together.
-
Yes. You do not need to decide whether an experience “counts” as trauma before reaching out. If something from the past still affects how you feel, relate to others, respond to stress, or move through daily life, it may be worth exploring in therapy. Christina offers a trauma-informed, supportive space to make sense of your experiences and process them at a pace that feels right for you.
